Fort Portal City Marathon

The Fort Portal City Marathon (FPCM) celebrates the beauty, culture, and vibrancy of Fort Portal, one of Uganda’s most iconic tourist destinations.

Routes wind past cultural and historical landmarks — including the Toro Kingdom Palace, Karambi Tombs, and Fort Gerry Portal — alongside scenic tea plantations, the Tooro Botanical Gardens, and natural wonders like the Rwenzori Mountains, crater lakes, and Amabeere G’Anyinamwiru caves.

Runners can choose from four distances:

Full Marathon (42.2km),

Half Marathon (21.1km),

10Km run, and
